We are holding a Pop Up event in London, for our offer holders and prospective students based in London and the surrounding areas. We know that finding time to travel to us can be tricky, so we are bringing Newcastle University to you!
This exclusive event is designed to help support you on your journey to university, as you reach key decision-making stages.

Frequently asked questions
How does this event differ from an Offer Holder Experience Day or Open Day?
Although Newcastle is an easy train journey from London, it is not always the most convenient around school or college commitments. Visiting this event in Central London will give you an opportunity to hear more about Newcastle University, the city, and speak to some of our current students.
If you wish to look round Newcastle and the university facilities then we would recommend booking on to one of our On Campus events.
If you’re currently holding an offer at Newcastle University, you can still request a place at our final Offer Holder Experience Day (OHED) on Saturday 25 April - subject to availability within your chosen course. It’s a great chance to delve deeper into your chosen subject and explore campus life. To find out more, visit our

Can I bring guests?
Yes, you can book to bring guests with you. If bookings become high we may limit this to one guest.
How do I get to the event?
The Storey Club, Broadgate is next to Liverpool Street Station and can be accessed from 2 entrances.
Based on the first floor, staff will sign you in before heading into the event space.
