Booking
Booking staff and visitor accommodation
We want to make booking short-term staff and visitor accommodation with us as easy for you as possible. Therefore, before filling out the booking form, please make sure you have read and understood our
terms and conditions
and make your booking at least seven days in advance of your stay.
If you want to make a group booking (multiple rooms/multiple people) you need to fill in a booking form per person. We can't allocate multiple rooms to one individual named person.
If you are travelling from overseas and will require a visa to stay in the UK, we recommend you do not make a booking request until after your visa has been confirmed.
It's important to note that cancellations will incur charges in line with our cancellation policy, as stated in our
terms and conditions
.
We will aim to respond to your booking request within three working days. Our office hours are Monday to Friday 09.00 to 17.00 (we are closed on bank holidays and between Christmas and New Year).
