Medication Assisted Treatment Services
Our MAT Program combines medical care and behavioral health services along with intensive case management. We provide support and education for our patients as they work to overcome their substance use disorders. Whether you suffer from chronic pain or an opiate use disorder, we can help. We work with patients in groups and individually, monitoring everyone closely to help each patient stay on track.
What is Medication Assisted Treatment?
Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT) is the use of medications along with counseling and behavioral therapies to treat substance use disorders and prevent opioid overdose.
Our MAT program is part of our Primary Care Services. We offer a team of support including but not limited to primary care providers (doctor, physician assistant), behavioral health providers, case managers, patient financial services, nursing staff and other support staff within the clinic.
