Main Line Health is committed to offering comprehensive resources that support your health journey. Whether you need help with advance care planning, grief support, spiritual care, or community services, we’re here to provide the guidance and assistance you need every step of the way.
Advance care planning is a process that defines our goals and wishes as they relate to health care. This process has been shown to provide vital information to clinicians and loved ones if we are unable to communicate ourselves.

We offer free language assistance services to support your care. If you need help due to hearing, vision or speech impairments — or if you prefer to communicate in a language other than English — please let your care team know. We also provide appropriate auxiliary aids and accessible formats at no cost.
The anticipated or actual loss of a loved one can be devastating and can also be a time of great overwhelm and confusion. Main Line Health would like to provide you with support and loss and grief resources during this difficult time.
Main Line Health Patient Family Advisory Councils offer patients and families a chance to directly shape policies, practices, and enhancements in patient care. Each member’s diverse experiences and insights leads to significant improvements in how Main Line Health delivers care to our communities.
When you or a loved one is in the hospital, it can bring a mix of emotions, concerns, and questions. Our spiritual care professionals are here to help, offering empathetic listening, emotional support, and mindfulness practices to guide you through this challenging time. You don’t have to face it alone.
Main Line Health and community partners offer several virtual and in-person support groups. Explore our opportunities for education, support and connections.
Volunteers contribute directly to the comfort and support of our patients, helping to improve their overall experience and well-being. From students through older adults, our volunteers gain valuable experience by sharing their talents and passions in a supportive environment.
Patient advocates (also called patient navigators) support patients and their families by guiding them through healthcare challenges, such as care quality, access to services, communication with care team and more.
