Scholarship Opportunities
LSUA offers a variety of scholarships to make your education more affordable. In addition to federal and state financial aid, students may qualify for academic scholarships based on outstanding achievement, leadership, and community involvement. Millions of dollars in external scholarships are also available! For any remaining balance after aid is applied, LSUA provides convenient monthly payment plans to help you stay on track financially.

LSUA Academic & Merit
All LSUA on campus students are automatically considered for academic and merit-based scholarships.
Scholarship totals are awarded per year. Students in 100% online programs are not eligible for any University scholarships!
To maintain a scholarship, the student must earn a minimum of 24 hours per academic year for students beginning at the start of a Fall semester, 15 hours for mid Fall starts, 12 hours for Spring starts, and 6 hours for mid Spring starts. Students must also maintain a minimum GPA of 2.5.

Transfer Students
Must meet regular transfer admission requirements.
$1,500 for 3.0+ GPA
Phi Theta Kappa members may be eligible for an additional scholarship.
A student who is in good standing with Phi Theta Kappa and transfers to LSUA will receive a $500/year scholarship, on top of any other academic scholarship that the student qualifies for.
In order to receive the scholarship, the student must submit documentation that he/she is a current member of Phi Theta Kappa to the Scholarship Office (

)
Students who are 100% online are not eligible for this scholarship.
Applications must be completed and submitted prior to the application closing date. No exceptions will be made for late applications.

- monthly $2,500 scholarship drawing.
LELA.ORG
- apart from their scholarship search, they have a $1000 (50) Quarterly scholarship, an art scholarship (amount varies), a wildlife scholarship, and others.
Citizens Bank Scholarship
- monthly $25,00 scholarship drawings, annual $15,000 scholarship. Entry automatically rolls over each month.
AP Review Annual Scholarship
- Deadline October 15th of each year. $750 annual award.
Student Loans Advice Scholarship
- Deadline December 31st each calendar year. Award amount $500.
Employment BOOST College Scholarship
- Application accepted quarterly year round. $1,000 award
Real Estate Scholarship Program for Students
- Deadline May 15th every year. $1,000 annual award.
The Data Group Annual Technology Scholarship
- Deadline November 1st annually. $1000 award.
College Monk Give Me Liberty $1000 Easy Scholarship
- Deadline January 31st. $1,000 award.
JMJ Phillip Group College Scholarships
- Quarterly awards. $1,000 amount.
LendUP Opportunity Scholarship
- Quarterly (September 30, December 31, March 31, and June 30). $2500 award.
Life Coach Spotter Scholarship
- Award amount of $1,000. Deadline August 1st, annually.
Ownage Pranks Semi-Annual Scholarship
- Applicant is required to submit a video entry. Award amount is $1000. Fall submission deadline is December 31, and Spring submission deadline is May 31 annually.
Responsify Empowering Others Scholarship
- $1,000 award. The deadline is October 5th, annually.
KompareIT Scholarship
- for students who have lost a parent or guardian. $1000 award, the deadline is September 15th, annually.
Qualified Hardware
- $1,000 annual scholarship. The deadline is March 15th annually.
JMJ Phillip Group College Scholarship
- open to students majoring in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, or Math). $1,000 award. Four winners a year. Deadlines are January 1st, April 1st, July 1st, and October 1st of each year.
Lalande Personal Injury Lawyers Bi-annual Scholarship
- $1,500 bi-annually. Deadline dates are September 15th and January 15th of each year. You must also like their Facebook page to complete your entry.
