State Buildings Green Energy Project
The Facilities Management Division of the General Services Department in August 2019 will begin a $32 million project to improve the energy efficiency of more than 30 executive office buildings in Santa Fe.

The New Mexico State Purchasing Division of the General Services Department is focused on providing cost-effective products and services to the State. The Division ensures compliance with the State Procurement Code for all purchases made by the executive branch agencies, as well establishing state-wide pricing agreements for use by multiple State Agencies and other Governmental New Mexico entities. The State purchases over $5 billion dollars of a wide variety of goods and services each year and must ensure that each dollar is spent fairly and transparently in accordance with the New Mexico Procurement Code.
Attention Jaggaer / eProNM Suppliers and Vendors
State Purchasing’s vendor/supplier electronic portal, eProNM, will be replaced with a new, modern procurement platform in the summer 2026 that makes it easier and faster for state purchasing department staff and suppliers to do business. Once a new portal is operational, all vendors / suppliers will need to register on the new portal and set up a new account.
