Operations
Operations oversees the essential services that keep the university running efficiently and safely, ensuring the university operate seamlessly to support students, faculty, and staff.
Accounting & Bursar Operations
Accounting & Bursar Operations manages the university's finances, accounting functions, records, and student accounts.
Accounts Payable & Travel
Accounts Payable & Travel is responsible for managing the LaCarte Payment Card program, employee reimbursements, and travel-related expenses.
Auxiliary Services
Auxiliary Services manages essential campus services including ID cards (OaKard), mail, parking, dining, and more.
Facility Services & Risk Management
Facility Services & Risk Management provide maintenance, custodial, landscaping, building systems repairs, and motor pool management. The department also oversees safety protocols, emergency preparedness, and crisis initiatives.
Financial Aid
Financial Aid assists students in accessing federal, state, and institutional funding while adhering to all regulations governing these resources.
Information & Educational Technology (IET)
IET provides infrastructure, tools, and support for campus technology.
Procurement & Property Management
Procurement & Property Management oversees the acquisition of goods and services to support the university.

In addition to Federal and State Financial Aid, LSUA offers many academic scholarships based on academic performance, leadership, or community involvement.
