Biography:
Shaymaa is a graduate of Faculty of Tourism & Hotels. She specialized in Hotels Management. She had training in Egypt Air as a reservation officer for one month. She also worked at Hatshepsut Tours as an Internal Travel and Religious tourism consultant. As part of her professional development, Shaimaa has taken courses in ticketing (Amadeus). She is also a certified Comsys Software. She has the ICDL certificate.
Shaymaa has been working in Pharos University since July 2022.
