Volunteer Opportunities
The museum has multiple opportunities to volunteer.
Give tours and become a docent. We will train you. A great deal of information is posted or written down. Being an expert is not required just a love of talking with people.
Help is always needed with the background of running a museum: newsletters, building displays, painting, cleaning, writing grants.
The swap meets need assistance with the auction, setting up tables, kitchen duty, and giving tours.
Help kids talk to Santa by radio.
The museum participates in WV history day, ham-fests, emergency preparedness, and other activities. Help is needed hauling equipment, manning the booths, and bringing snacks.

or stop by the museum. There is a work party on Tuesdays and sometimes Fridays and a docent will be there on Saturdays and Sundays.
