Welcome to the Office of the Registrar: Support for Students, Faculty, and Staff
While you earn your degree at KSU, you will need to keep track of your grades, possibly
request an official transcript, and ensure your personal information is correct. The
Office of the Registrar provides information on grades, transcripts and certifications,
degrees, diplomas, veteran benefits, immunization requirements, enrollment verification,
personal information, and more. We support academic life at Kennesaw State University,
from class registration to graduation and beyond. Explore this site to learn more

Check-in begins 2 hours prior to the ceremony and graduates are encouraged to check-in
early:
Mandatory check-in is required 30 minutes before the ceremony begins. Late arrivals
will not be permitted to participate.
To graduate, a student must submit an application for graduation.
To participate in commencement, the application must be submitted by
January 18
To graduate from KSU without participating in Commencement, the application must be
submitted by
May 5
To graduate from KSU and receive a degree or certificate, a student must submit an
application for graduation.
*Doctorate students will be contacted by the Graduate College for Commencement attendance
and ticking purposes.
Spring application for graduation deadline is January 18th.
Students who do not submit their application for graduation by the deadline will not
be eligible to participate in commencement. Please see your academic advisor or program
coordinator for details.
Summer Application for Graduation Deadline to Participate in Spring or Fall Ceremonies
Summer Application for Graduation Deadline to Participate in Spring Ceremonies - January
18th Summer application for graduation deadline to participate in Fall - July 1st.
Fall application for graduation deadline is August 31st

A live stream of each commencement ceremony is available 15 Minutes prior to each
ceremony.

KSU is offering online methods of submitting documentation to ensure the safety and
