The Office of the Registrar
The Registrar's Office is located in Boivin Hall 116 and open to in-person traffic from 9 am - 4 pm Monday through Friday.
Registrar’s Office Summer Hours (July 13 – August 28):
The office will be open for in-person visits Monday through Thursday from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM, and on Fridays from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM.
Major functions of the Registrar’s Office are the maintenance of student records, registration, Web services, grade processing, transfer-credit evaluation and community college articulation, degree checking, graduation, scheduling, enrollment certification, and the catalog.
These responsibilities, assignments and services are completed within institutional policies and standards as well as related state and federal laws and regulations.

How to withdraw from Oregon Tech
To withdraw from the term, you must complete the Withdrawal Survey.
Step 1
: Go to the
Withdrawal Survey.
Step 2
: Answer the questions in the survey as this is part of the withdrawal process. Your responses can help us understand how to best support you should you decide to return to Oregon Tech for a future term.
Step 3
: Click Submit to complete your request to withdraw from the term. If you are receiving financial aid, please contact the Financial Aid Office to report your withdrawal.
