What should I do if I have a problem with my accommodation?
If you have a problem with your accommodation, the first step is to contact your
accommodation reception
who will help you to resolve any issues you may be experiencing. If you need to report a fault to any fixtures or fittings, please visit our
Report a Fault
page.
Can I have pets in University accommodation?
We are not able to allow pets in accommodation, although there is an exception if you have a registered assistance dog that is required to perform certain tasks for you directly related to your disability. If you require an assistance animal related to a medical need, please contact the
allocations team
to discuss your application.
How can I pay my rent for University accommodation?
There are various ways that you can pay for your accommodation. There are options to pay in full before your arrival or in termly or monthly instalments. Please visit
