Report a Concern
Kennesaw State University is committed to making sure you, as a member of the Owl family, are part of an inclusive and caring community where concerns are addressed fairly and collegially. This concern page is your place to submit a report or appeal about various concerns.
KSU Community Members (Students, Faculty, Staff, and other KSU Community Members)
are encouraged to always first begin with informal resolution directly with the individual
and/or office with whom they have a grievance. Formal written complaints can be submitted
online through this website when a resolution cannot be informally reached. The more
information that you can provide, the better we can serve you.
Current Reporting Options
Submitting one of these reports is not a substitution for calling 9-1-1 if immediate assistance is required. If you are on campus, please request an officer by calling Campus Police at 470-578-6666.

Compliance and Ethics Reporting Hotline
Reporting Hotline Form
Kennesaw State University recognizes that an ethical, efficient, and effective work
environment is essential to our continuing to successfully accomplish our mission.
As a result, we have always placed a high priority on assuring that each member of
our university community has the opportunity and means to convey any matter that could
compromise that environment. Reporting through your supervisory chain frequently produces
the most thorough and timely resolution of a matter and is encouraged. However, other
reporting avenues, such as the University Police, Human Resources, and Internal Audit,
have been and continue to be readily available.
Of special concern are fraud, waste, and abuse as well as harassment of any kind,
given that they so directly impact our stewardship responsibilities and the well-being
of individuals within our campus community. Yet, we would encourage you to report
any other significant issue as well through any of the methods available to you.
Kennesaw State University has a responsibility to conduct business ethically and legally, but we need your help to reach that goal. By “doing what’s right” every day, you’ll help us build a reputation for excellence and integrity.
You can report your concerns securely and anonymously to our external hotline provider,
NAVEX Global. This service is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and allows
you to voice your concerns, and to remain anonymous if you prefer.
