IB Program
Choice School is a candidate school for the International Baccalaureate (IB) Primary Years Programme (PYP).  Choice School will begin the process of trial implementing the PYP framework in September 2025 as it works toward full authorization as an IB World School. The achievement of candidacy for the PYP is a significant milestone for Choice School that creates local access to a highly-regarded and globally-recognized learning framework.  Once authorized, Choice School will become the only IB school in Canada for Gifted Children.
As we look foreword to starting the implementation of the PYP program, we continue to provide the resources and adaptations for Gifted Children, as this is what Choice School focuses on. For admissions, please contact:

Choice School is a candidate school* for the PYP. This school is pursuing authorization as an IB World School. IB World Schools share a common philosophy- a commitment to high-quality, challenging, international education- that we believe is important for our students.
*Only schools authorized by the IB Organization can offer any of its four academic programmes: the Primary Years Programme (PYP), the Middle Years Programme (MYP), the Diploma Programme (DP), or the Career-related Programme (CP). Candidate status gives no guarantee that authorization will be granted.
