PROFILE
Piyush Patel received the B.E. in Electrical Engineering degree from Gujarat University, Ahmedabad and M.
Tech in Electrical Power Systems degree from R.G.P.V. Bhopal, India. He received his Ph. D degree in
Electrical Engineering from University of Technology, Jaipur, India. He is currently working as an Associate
Professor (Electrical) School of Engineering and Deputy Registrar (HR) at Indrashil University, Rajpur,
Mehsana, Gujarat, India. He has 12 years of Teaching, Research and Administrative experience in educational
institutions. He has published over 25 research papers in UGC care and Scopus indexed journals and
conferences. He has published one Indian patent and one Copyright in Canadian Government to his credit. He
is an active member of International Association of Engineers (IAENG) and The International Association of
Electrical, Electronic and Energy Engineering (IAEEE). Under his guideship more than 12 PG Students and 1
Ph. D Scholar awarded and current 5 Ph. D scholars are running their Ph. D.

PROFILE
Rutik is a double Gold Medalist graduated from Institute of Advanced Research at Gandhinagar
with Bachelor of Technology in Chemical Engineering and further pursued for post-graduate
course in Chemical Engineering from Pandit Deendayal Energy University at Gandhinagar.
He has experience of more than 9 years in teaching students of class 8 to 12 in subjects like Chemistry,
Mathematics & Physics, and a year experience in teaching mass transfer, heat transfer, process calculations
& laboratory practical to undergraduates, helping them clear the concepts from the base and enlightening their
career, while pursuing his own studies.
During his academic career, Rutik has opted for voluntary experiences in Multi-National Engineering Consultancies,
Petroleum Refining, Fertilizer and Specialty Chemical Manufacturing Companies along with working for R&D Department under Dept.
of Atomic Energy, which has provided him experience in corporate sector and research environments.
He is in pursuit of challenging assignments that would facilitate the maximum utilization and application of his skills and expertise
in making a positive difference to the organization.
In his free time, Rutik enjoys swimming, hiking, playing basket ball & chess, and spending time with family & friends.

Mr. YK Kushwah is having more than 6 years of teaching experience

(Environmental Engineering) with Honours From(ECK Government college
RTU, Kota. He has been completed B.Tech in Information Technology

Dr.Kirit V. Vadhel is currently working as an Assistant Professor in the Physics at
Department of Humanity and science, Indrashil University. He has an experience of more
than 2 years in the field of teaching and research. He received his graduate (2015) and postgraduate (2017) degree in subject of Physics from Saurashtra University, Rajkot. He
completed his doctoral studies in the field of Non-Linear Optical materials under the
guidance of Prof. (Dr). H.O.Jethva from Department of Physics, Saurashtra University
University, Rajkot in 2022. He has published several Scopus-indexed research papers in
international journals and over 15 research article presented in national and international
conferences. He is carrying out research in highly efficient Non-linear optical Materials and
developments of its applications by using organic and inorganic substances. He is also trying
to develop various practical applications of NLO materials and Nano Particles. He has
experience of operate the FTIR, TGA-DTA and hardness Tester instruments.
RESEARCH
Dr. Kirit has research interest in designing and development of Non-linear optical Crystals
and enhance the various properties of these materials by using different experimental
techniques. Nonlinear optics (NLO) is a new frontier area of science and technology that has
to play a major role in the emerging technology of photonics. Area of research is XRD,
EDAX, UV-Visible spectroscopy, TGA-DTA, Second harmonic generation, Z-scan,
Photoluminescence, Dielectric study, impedance and modulus spectroscopy, synthesis of
Nanoparticles and its analysis.
