Arches Transformative Mentoring is a highly effective mentoring program that reduces recidivism and improves the outcomes of young people under probation supervision.
NeON
The Neighborhood Opportunity Network (NeON) is a philosophy of effective intervention that physically manifests itself as a citywide network of community-based centers in the seven neighborhoods of NYC where large concentrations of people on probation reside.
Youth WRAP
Youth WRAP is a weekend program for young adults on probation. The program engages teens and young adults ages 14 to 26 in meaningful, service-oriented work on Saturdays.
Work for Probation
The New York City Department of Probation (DOP) is helping to build stronger and safer communities by supervising people on probation and fostering opportunities for them to move out of the criminal justice system through meaningful education, employment, health services, family engagement, and community participation.
YASC
Young Adult Success Corps (YASC) provides an opportunity for young adults age 18 to 24 who are on probation to serve their city and gain important life skills.

NeON Clothing Closets provide new and gently used business attire, casual wear, shoes, and accessories at five locations across NYC, assisting individuals in need with suitable clothing options.
