Kurnell Peninsula rezoning to unlock 4,300 new homes
The Minns Labor Government will unlock up to 4300 new homes as part of a proposed plan to transform 210 hectares of beachfront land on Kurnell Peninsula with new open space, residential, retail and tourism opportunities.

Close to 3,500 homes declared state significant
A further 15 projects have been declared as State Significant Development (SSD) following recommendations from the Housing Delivery Authority (HDA).
