A total of 6,726 visitors arrived in Seychelles during week 16 of 2026. The year to date figure for 2026 shows that 108,134 visitors disembarked in Seychelles. Compared to 2025 (124,838), the year to date visitor arrivals decreased by 13.4%.

National Bureau of Statistics
The NBS was established in June 2010, under the new National Bureau of Statistics Act 2010 and operates as a semi-autonomous government agency responsible for collecting, compiling, analyzing and publishing statistical information.
The Bureau is also responsible for coordinating, monitoring and supervising the National Statistical System.
The NBS replaces the National Statistics Bureau (NSB) which was setup in 2005.

In July 2010, the legal framework of the Bureau was recast and modernized and the National Statistics Bureau Act, 2005, was repealed to be replaced by the National Bureau of Statistics Act, 2010. The institution is now the National Bureau of Statistics (NBS) and is headed by a Chief Executive Officer.
