Investment Strategy for Northern Ireland (ISNI)
We work with TEO and government departments to create this crucial strategy, which sets out key objectives for investment in infrastructure.
Championing Reform
It takes more than a strategy or policy to deliver transformation. It needs someone to lead the fight. That’s what we do.
Major Programmes & Projects
We currently support more than 80 programmes and projects across a wide range of business areas spanning physical, digital and social infrastructure and environmental initiatives
Supporting the public sector
We advise on complex issues and innovative areas that require specialised expertise, ranging from contracts and procurement to negotiation, business case development, evaluation and delivery

This report presents an analysis of the root causes of these barriers to completing projects and the transformational changes to planning and procurement which are necessary to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of infrastructure projects.
