About us
VFMC was established under the Victorian Funds Management Act 1994 (the Act). VFMC is governed by an independent Board of Directors, whose members are appointed by the Governor in Council. The Chair is appointed by the Treasurer.
We are an open and transparent public authority responsible for investing for the benefit of Victorians. We manage funds of more than $99 billion for Victoria and 32 Victorian public authorities and related organisations.

(Emergency Services Superannuation Scheme)

These clients are required to invest in VFMC under the Victorian Government’s Centralised Investment Model (CIM).
VFMC also manages funds for 28 Victorian public authorities and related organisations.
