Shri Faiz Ahmed Kidwai, Director General (Civil Aviation) received the ICAO Council President Certificate on 23rd September 2025 at a ceremony held at ICAO Montreal during the 42nd session of the Assembly.
The certificate is in recognition of India's progress in establishing an effective aviation oversight system and for its ongoing commitment to the Implementation of ICAO Standards and Recommended Practices.
