Governor's Welcome
Welcome to the official website of the Anguilla Financial Services Commission (AFSC), the licensing and regulatory body for the financial services industry in Anguilla.
As Governor of Anguilla, the AFSC reports directly to me enabling me to discharge my responsibility for the oversight of international financial regulation under the Constitution of Anguilla.
Guided by the key principles of integrity and transparency the AFSC operates as an independent body, free from undue influence and subject to oversight by an experienced board of directors.
With continued emphasis on ensuring the financial sector in Anguilla is regulated to the highest standard, I am confident that the sector will grow and attract business from across the globe.
