Love, in its many forms—friendship, support from family, and caring relationships within our school community—creates a safe space for students to explore their identities and dreams. It fosters connections that help them feel valued and understood. I see the magic that happens when MECA students lift each other up, creating an environment where everyone feels they belong. Together, hope and love inspire our students to chase their aspirations, support one another, and cultivate a community grounded in compassion and understanding.
Alexander Xu
MECA Student, Class 2025
I had an overall great experience at MECA high school. The immersive curriculum not only provided extensive insights into the advertising industry but also helped me discover my strengths and areas of growth. Grateful for the valuable lessons and the supportive environment that foster both learning and self-discovery.

Parent Coordinator
MECA is a school community that I am proud to be part of. My mission at MECA begins by greeting the students with a smile, learning their names and creating a bond of mutual respect. By recognizing the students' feelings, thoughts and needs, I accomplish a sense of gratitude and satisfaction. When the students return to school the next day feeling welcomed, it enlightens my day and I know that my mission is fulfilled.
Patrycja Danowska
Chemistry Teacher
Its been a real privilege to return to my alma mater as a chemistry teacher. MECA has always pushed me to explore different aspect of education both in high school and at BMCC. Its a full-circle moment to share my passion for the subject with students in the same classroom where I once sat.
