Our community is facing significant challenges when it comes to mental health, and we recognize that no single organization can tackle the mental health crisis alone. That’s why we’re dedicated to leading a collaborative effort, uniting diverse stakeholders to drive local and state-level action.

As local leaders in community health advocacy, we lead and convene initiatives to improve access to health care resources—by forging meaningful partnerships between community stakeholders and rallying around novel, sustainable solutions that make a lasting impact on health equity.

Helping people identify appropriate health care services and resources in our community in order to preserve or improve community health.
Social determinants of health
Addressing conditions in the environments where people are born, live, learn, work, play, worship, and age that affect a wide range of health conditions, health functioning, quality-of-life, health outcomes and risksand that contribute to health disparities.
Mental health and substance abuse
Supporting initiatives to tackle substance abuse and support mental health including emotional, psychological, and social well-being.
Food security
Working to ensure that all people, at all times, have physical, social, and economic access to sufficient, safe, and nutritious food that meets their food preferences and dietary needs for an active and healthy lifestyle.
