Welcome to Adams Memorial Hospital! We offer compassionate care and state-of-the-art technology with a personal touch that sets us apart. Adams Memorial Hospital is a 25-bed critical access hospital, accredited by the Accreditation Commission for Health Care, Inc (ACHC). Our growing team is known for going the extra mile to ensure our patients and families feel as comfortable and cared for as possible when they find themselves in need of our services.
For the past 100 years, we’ve been a cornerstone in Adams County and the surrounding area, bringing healing, health and wellness to our community for nearly a century. Adams Memorial Hospital provides specialty care including orthopedics, stroke care, cardiac rehabilitation, pulmonary and neurological services and critical care. Our OB-GYN teams at our Maternity Center deliver a personalized birthing experience. We also offer a wide range of minimally invasive procedures, imaging, lab tests and rehabilitation services, all on our Adams Memorial Hospital campus.

The Adams Health Foundation was established in 1978 by a group of forward-thinking individuals who were passionate about supporting the health of residents throughout Adams County. At its core, the foundation works to activate and inspire giving hearts for healthcare. The foundation supports and engages in all facets of Adams Health including Adams Memorial Hospital, Adams Medical Group, Adams Woodcrest Senior Living and Adams Heritage Senior Living.
