WikiTide Foundation
is the nonprofit organization responsible for operating Miraheze. It is located in the United States and recognized as a 501(c)(3) tax-exempt charity.
On 6 January 2024, following a
Request for Comment
by the general Miraheze community, the Foundation took over Miraheze operations as the successor to
Miraheze Limited
. An

page was published on the same day to answer the concerns and questions of the community.
Board of Directors
The Foundation is overseen by a
Board of Directors
with up to five appointed seats and four
community seats
.

As the operator of Miraheze, the Foundation maintains certain
