African American Caucus
The mission of the African American Democratic Caucus of Kansas is to stimulate an active interest in African Americans relating to political and governmental affairs. To facilitate African American participation in the Democratic Party, to promote the ideas and principles of the Democratic Party and to encourage and seek African American candidates to public office and expand positions of other political candidates to African American voters. The caucus shall also work with the African American community to bring their issues to the state and national political attention.
