Behavioral Risk Factor Surveillance System survey
We are collaborating with the Indiana Department of Health on this year’s Behavioral Risk Factor Surveillance System (BRFSS) survey. This involves health-related telephone surveys that collect state data about U.S. residents regarding their health-related risk behaviors, chronic health conditions, and use of preventive services.
