Welcome to the University of Kentucky Salvation Army Clinic. How can we help you?
What is the UK Salvation Army Clinic?
Serving Lexington’s uninsured population since 1986
The UKSAC is a free clinic run by medical students from the University of Kentucky. Our mission is to assume a leadership role in improving the health and well-being of the uninsured adult population in Lexington by providing free medical services and increasing awareness of local health care resources.
What we Offer?
All clinic staff—triagers, floor managers, interviewers, and physicians—are volunteers
We see 8 adult patients per clinic night
We have three patient exam rooms and a pharmacy
Free group smoking cessation classes are offered
We also offer a
pediatrics clinic
(for kids) on the first Wednesday of each month, beginning at 5:30 pm

Patients seen on a first-come, first-serve basis. Please sign in at the front desk of the W. Arnold Hanger Lodge beginning at 4:30pm.
