Pearson Field was officially established in 1925, and this year we will be celebrating its centennial with a series of public programs. To kick off this landmark anniversary, we are excited to announce the addition of a touchable Liberty aircraft to the lobby of Pearson Air Museum!
The aircraft was designed and constructed by National Park Service Exhibit Specialist Volunteers and students at Vancouver iTech Preparatory. The aircraft is fully accessible, and we invite all young visitors to have a seat in one of the cockpits, and try out the dashboard controls, stick, and rudder pedals! Learn more at

The funds for this project were provided through a matching grant to the Friends of Fort Vancouver and the Honorable Frank L. and Arlene G. Price Foundation.
