Community Day is a free, family-friendly event filled with fun, interactive activities and hands-on learning experiences that bring health and wellness to life. From engaging games to educational opportunities, Community Day offers something for all ages including:

Meet Rosie and Friends
At Mount Nittany Health, healing comes with a wagging tail. Our Pet Therapy Program brings comfort, smiles, and a sense of calm to patients, staff, and visitors across the Centre region.
Each therapy dog—like Rosie—undergoes a rigorous certification process through respected organizations such as the Alliance of Therapy Dogs and Therapy Dogs International. Together with their devoted owners, these canine companions complete specialized volunteer training to ensure a safe, heartwarming experience for everyone they meet.
Because sometimes, the best medicine is four paws and a friendly nuzzle.
