About Midnapore Medical College and Hospital
Located in Midnapore (West Bengal), Midnapore Medical College and Hospital was established in 2004. Earlier, the college was known as Midnapur Sadar Hospital, West Midnapur, but to provide medical study to the young generation, the Government of West Bengal changed its name. The college is approved by the Medical Council of India, Government of India, New Delhi. Midnapore Medical College and Hospital is affiliated to West Bengal University of Health Science and it imparts course in the field of medical science, at the undergraduate level.
