Heart & Vascular Center
The FCHC Heart & Vascular Center has been completely remodeled in 2024 and now offers a 24/7 Stemi lab.

Emergency Care
In a medical emergency, every second counts. That’s why our Emergency Department at Fulton County Health Center is committed to providing high-quality care.  Our Emergency Department is staffed with physicians, registered nurses and allied health personnel, who are specifically trained in the full spectrum of emergency health care needs and problems.
FCHC Behavioral Health
At FCHC Behavioral Health, we can help. We provide a wide range of mental health services for adults and older adults. Services offered are Adult Outpatient, Adult Partial Hospitalization, Geriatric Inpatient including a Geriatric PICU and Geriatric Intensive Outpatient.
Fulton Manor Nursing & Rehabilitation
Fulton Manor Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, a 71-bed skilled and intermediate nursing unit and a 15-bed independent living unit on the Fulton County Health Center campus, places equal emphasis on quality of life and quality of care for our residents. Fulton Manor Nursing Home is certified by Medicare and Medicaid and also accepts insurance and private pay residents
