Thirteen teachers from Coimbatore district have been selected for the State-level Dr. Radhakrishnan Award for the academic year 2025-26. The award, instituted by the Government of Tamil Nadu to commemorate the birth anniversary of former President Dr. S. Radhakrishnan, is presented annually on Teachers’ Day to recognise service in the field of education. Each recipient will receive ₹10,000 in cash, a silver medal and a certificate of appreciation.
According to the School Education Department, a total of 386 teachers across Tamil Nadu will receive the award this year.

We proudly salute Rev.Fr.Dr.P.Arokia Thadayus,on being conferred the Dr. Sarvepalli Radhakrishnan Award presented by the Hon’ble Deputy Chief Minister of Tamil Nadu,Sri Undhayanidhi Stalin.
