This workshop helps parents better understand the teen brain, including emotional reactivity, developing executive functioning, shame, and sensitivity to feedback, so behavior makes more sense and feels less personal. Parents will learn practical, research-informed tools for using validation to build connection, reduce escalation, and hold boundaries with greater steadiness. Especially helpful for parents of teens with ADHD or other neurodivergent traits, this workshop offers concrete language and strategies parents can use right away at home.
