Village Christian School was founded in 1949 as an outreach to the community providing an innovative Christ-centered education that equips students to be leaders and influencers. From our humble beginnings in a small church building in Burbank with only 40 Elementary students, VCS has grown into one of the largest JK-12th grade private schools in Southern California, where students enjoy a serene 30-acre campus with the support of a vibrant community of families.

ELEMENTARY SCHOOL
Grades JK-5 help our children grow in the foundations of community, academics, and spiritual roots.
MIDDLE SCHOOL
Grades 6-8 begin a shift toward personal responsibility, an introduction to a Biblical worldview, new experiences beyond the campus, and greater academic challenges.
HIGH SCHOOL
Grades 9-12 prepare students to thrive in adulthood, with high academic standards and practical opportunities to explore potential life paths through Concentrations® and other experiences.
ACADEMICS
Our academic program develops students that are well prepared for their futures by fostering critical-thinking skills and essential life skills for the information age.
ATHLETICS
Athletic offerings include competitive championship-caliber indoor and outdoor sports from elementary to high school.
FINE ARTS
Theater, instrumental music, vocal music, visual arts, dance...Village has many vibrant and inspiring award-winning experiences for our artists.
