MDCA&CH Announces Leadership Transition as Dr. Tony Kinkel Accepts New Role in Arkansas
Dr. Tony Kinkel, Vice President of Development at Mount Dora Christian Academy & Children’s Home, will be transitioning from his current role after accepting a position as Senior Vice President of Enterprise Relations at NorthWest Arkansas Community College in Bentonville, Arkansas.
Following Kinkel’s departure on April 18, Keith O’Neal will assume the role of Vice President of Development while continuing to serve as Head of School until that position is filled.

Mount Dora Christian Academy is proud to announce that its Elementary School has been officially recognized as a 2025 National Blue Ribbon School, one of only 55 private schools nationwide and just three in Florida to earn this distinction.
