Our school offers a rich and balanced curriculum aligned to the Victorian Curriculum 2.0, underpinned by strong Literacy and Numeracy Learning Communities and evidence-based teaching practices. Alongside academic excellence, we place significant emphasis on student wellbeing, ensuring clear processes and targeted supports are in place so every child — particularly our most vulnerable — feels safe, valued and supported to thrive.
Woodford Primary School is proud of its long and rich history within the local community. Our families come from Woodford, surrounding districts and Warrnambool, creating a diverse and connected school culture. We honour our traditions while embracing innovation, offering a wide range of curricular and extra-curricular opportunities including interschool sport through School Sport Victoria, our Senior Northern Territory Camp, State Schools Spectacular participation, choir and music performances at the Lighthouse Theatre Warrnambool, STEM learning with coding, drones and 3D printing, and our much-loved Flexible Learning Friday program supported by dedicated staff and parent volunteers.
