DIS provides a truly global educational experience, supporting five languages to foster multilingual proficiency.
In the primary grades, students engage equally in French and English, with the option to introduce a third language as early as age four. As they advance to Middle and High School, they can follow either the French or International English pathways, with additional languages available to further enrich their linguistic journey.
Beyond the classroom, DIS creates authentic immersion opportunities—whether in daily interactions, international study trips, or the Global Exchange program, students actively experience language in real-world settings. At its core, DIS believes that language education is the gateway to cultural understanding, fostering openness, acceptance, and global perspectives.
