Samaritan Lebanon Community Hospital is a full-service, 25-bed critical access hospital serving the east Linn County communities of Lebanon, Sweet Home, Brownsville and smaller neighboring Oregon communities.
The hospital’s staff is highly skilled in many fields of health care, from nursing to radiology to diabetes education to rehabilitation and therapy services. We are committed to providing personalized, quality care to patients and promoting the good health of the entire community.

Main Entrance: 6 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. Monday through Friday and 7:30 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. Saturday and Sunday.
Entrance D: 6 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. Monday through Friday.
General Visiting: 8 a.m. to 6 p.m.
Cafe: 6:30 to 3 a.m.
Garden Grounds Espresso: 9 a.m. to noon. Monday through Friday. Hours may vary.
Chapel: 24 hours
Caring Corner Gift Shop: 9:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday through Friday.
