CCMR’s mission is to advance knowledge, promote innovations, and engage in collaborations that will improve the health and health care of Veterans and the nation.
Vision
Our vision is to improve the quality, effectiveness, safety, equity, and efficiency of Veterans’ health care through research and partnerships that are driven by important challenges in clinical management.
Impact Goals
To realize our Mission & Vision, we have developed three Impact Goals that take advantage of our established strengths and align with VHA’s emerging operational challenges and priorities.
To promote personalized care—the right care for the right patient at the right time in the right place—by integrating advanced data science and patient engagement methods.
To improve outcomes for Veterans with high-risk mental health or substance use disorders.
To improve safety and outcomes for Veterans with conditions requiring hospitalization.
