The Mignot Memorial Hospital (MMH) consists of 14 long term care beds, 8 acute beds, outpatient clinic rooms, radiology services and a two bedded urgent care room.
Patients requiring urgent emergency care are transferred to the Princess Elizabeth Hospital in Guernsey.
Visiting specialists from the Guernsey Medical Specialist Group, and other Health Professionals from The Committee for Health & Social Care, visit Alderney regularly to carry out clinics at the MMH.
Maternity services are provided by a visiting Midwife led team.

Medical services on Alderney are provided through a combination of The Committee for Health & Social Care, States of Alderney, and voluntary services.
In November 2022, the first meeting of the Alderney Health Care Board convened which is a joint Guernsey and Alderney political forum, formed to discuss and plan for a sustainable model of health and care provisions in Alderney.
