Saturdays
: 8 a.m. - 11:30 a.m.
Early morning, evening and Saturday appointments are available so our patients don’t need to miss work or use vacation days for routine radiology exams. Examinations available:

Screening mammography – 2D and 3D available
Ultrasound
Computed tomography (CT)
Bone Density (BMD)

Laboratory Hours
Guthrie Troy Community Hospital Laboratory provides inpatient and outpatient services include blood draw and on-site clinical testing.
Outpatient Hours:
Monday: 6 a.m. to 6 p.m.
Tuesday: 6 a.m. to 6 p.m.
Wednesday: 6 a.m. to 6 p.m.
Thursday: 6 a.m. to 6 p.m.
Friday: 6 a.m. to 6 p.m.
Saturday: 7 a.m. – noon
Breast Imaging Hours
Screening 2D/3D mammograms:
Monday: 7:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.
Tuesday: 7 a.m. – 2:30 p.m.
Wednesday: 7 a.m. – 2:30 p.m.
Thursday: 6 a.m. – 7 a.m. & 4:30 p.m. – 6 p.m.
Friday: 7 a.m. – 2:30 p.m.
Saturdays: One Saturday per month from 8 a.m. – 10:30 a.m.
Diagnostic mammograms, breast ultrasounds, and ultrasound breast biopsies:
Thursday: 7:30 a.m. – 3:30 p.m.
Breast MRI
Monday: 7 a.m. – 6 p.m.
Tuesday: 7 a.m. – 6 p.m.
About Guthrie Troy Community Hospital
Guthrie Troy Community Hospital, one of the six hospital campuses in Guthrie’s integrated system, is a Critical Access Hospital that provides a wide range of inpatient and outpatient services to its community. Our team is dedicated to Guthrie’s mission of improving the health and well-being of our region and is supported by the latest in technology, state-of-the-art health care equipment and electronic medical records.
Our goal was to create an environment that promotes safety, comfort, exceptional outcomes and efficiency. The hospital features patient rooms with attached bathrooms to reduce infections and improve communications, privacy and sleep.
Guthrie Troy Community Hospital is a Level IV Trauma Center accredited by the PA Trauma Systems Foundation. Our emergency department was recently recognized as one of the best in the country by the Women’s Choice Award. Guthrie Troy Community Hospital received this distinction because of our prompt emergency care, which allows us to see more patients and get them home faster.
In 2013, Guthrie opened a new state-of-the-art facility to replace the original structure built in 1950. Troy hospital began as a 13-bed hospital, expanding to 72 beds and 12 bassinets in 1956.
In 1984, the hospital officially became part of the Guthrie system and achieved federal Critical Access Hospital status in 2003. Virtually every inch of the new Guthrie Troy Community Hospital was designed with the needs of our patients in mind.
