The Ballarat Tramway Museum is a volunteer-run living museum dedicated to preserving and sharing the story of Ballarat’s tramway history. Step aboard a heritage tram, explore our historic tramcars and discover how trams once connected communities across the city. Whether you’re planning your first visit or returning with old friends, there’s something here for everyone.

BRING HOME TRAM 34
Tram No. 34 is currently in the process of being repaired and repainted. The Museum is seeking funding to help complete this restoration, with the goal of returning the tram to active service as part of our operational fleet.
