As of October 1, 2023, Perry County Health System’s portal was replaced by MyMercy. MyMercy is a free online health management tool, available to all Mercy patients. It’s the simplest, most convenient way to stay in touch with your Mercy care team, request an appointment, renew a prescription, see lab results and more, anytime or anywhere.
To use MyMercy, you will need to create a new account. Any new records generated, on or after October 1, 2023, will be included in the Mercy electronic health record system and will be accessible to providers everywhere within Mercy’s four-state service area, including Arkansas, Oklahoma, Missouri and Kansas.

Mercy’s Stone Gardens are a tranquil place to rest, wait or pray. The Gardens’ landscaping is specially designed to provide a welcoming feeling for patients and families.
