School Closed from April 20-24th
The Village School will be closed for spring break from April 20-24, 2026. School will resume on Monday, April 27th. There will be a half day on Wednesday, April 29 for Pre-K through Sixth Grade, with dismissal for students at 11:30 a.m. Faculty and staff have an in-service meeting in the afternoon.

Night of the Notables 2026
Fourth graders shined brightly during their Night of the Notables film and presentations on Thursday, April 16th. Their performance, titled “Notable Lives, Inspiring Stories,” was filled with creativity, confidence, and inspiration!

Art From the Schools – On Exhibit Until May 17
Don’t miss the vibrant artwork of Village School students on display in the Southern Vermont Arts Center exhibit “Art from the Schools.” Every student, in grades Pre-K through Sixth, has an original piece of artwork in the exhibit.
