Mentoring
At Redfield, every boy is paired with a dedicated mentor (member of staff) — a trusted guide who meets with him one-on-one every fortnight.
More than a check-in, it’s character education with a holistic focus and a lasting relationship built on encouragement, character growth, and personal leadership.
Your son will receive:
Personalised guidance tailored to his strengths and goals
A mentor who is part teacher, part coach, part friend
Support for growth in faith, virtue, and resilience

Partner with you in the education of your son
Pair you with an individual family mentor. Your son’s mentor is there to support you just as much by meeting with you each term and being in touch regularly

Invite you to participate in our Parent Education initiatives and resources to equip you with up-to-date education and parenting knowledge
