Primary and secondary routes offering QTS with PGCE available now! Welcome A Very Warm Welcome to Tudor Grange Academy Redditch. We are a mixed comprehensive high school, admitting students from Year 9 through to Year 13. We are also proud of Tudor Grange Academy Treetops, our bespoke specialist provision for students from Year 7 with an EHCP identifying complex social communication and interaction needs, including autism. I have had the privilege of serving as Principal since September 2022, having first joined TGAR in 2016 as College Leader, and later as Head of School. My journey here has deepened my commitment to the continuous improvement of our provision and to the power of a united school community. I am proud to lead a team of exceptional teachers and support staff who are passionate about learning and dedicated to providing the very best opportunities for every student. At TGAR, our core purpose is to raise aspirations and ensure that every student receives an outstanding educational experience. We set high expectations for behaviour and standards – known as The Tudor Way– and place strong emphasis on pastoral care and meaningful partnerships with parents. Our small, close-knit community allows students to thrive in an environment where they feel safe, confident, respected, and valued. Our school values – Tolerance, Unity, Democracy, Opportunity, and Respect – are central to academy life. We are determined and ambitious for every child, and this belief shapes everything we do. We are guided by moral clarity, always asking: What is best for children? This question is our reference point in every decision we make. Our knowledge-rich curriculum is designed to build deep subject expertise while also nurturing character, critical thinking, and a love of learning. We want our students to flourish during their time at TGAR – and beyond – equipped with the skills, confidence, and values to lead successful and fulfilling lives. I hope this website gives you a glimpse into our vibrant community and the opportunities we offer.
