is a dynamic academic unit dedicated to preparing students for leadership, innovation, and impact in today’s fast-changing economy. Through industry-relevant programs in business, technology, and leadership, SoBAT combines academic excellence with practical, hands-on learning to bridge the gap between theory and real-world application. Our curriculum is designed to develop not only knowledge but also professional competence, entrepreneurial thinking, and ethical leadership, ensuring graduates are well equipped to thrive in the workplace, create successful ventures, and contribute meaningfully to society both locally and globally.

The School of Business & Applied Technology aspires to usher in a new way of training and tooling business professionals.  We aim to become a leading Ugandan business school that offers development of global business skills, applicable to a local business context aimed at achieving a social development agenda which increases wealth and welfare in Uganda, building on current business school best practice, the latest technological capabilities and capitalising on Uganda’s growing faith-based culture
