Every Quinnite Graduates
We are committed to seeing every Quinnite not just enroll, but thrive and graduate. That's why we've launched Operation: Every Quinnite Graduates, a comprehensive program designed to support our students holistically. We understand that academic success is just one piece of the puzzle, which is why our program addresses the self-regulated variables crucial to each student's journey, such as motivation, self-esteem, and social integration. Through personalized mentorship from dedicated faculty and staff, students receive weekly check-ins, goal-setting sessions, and access to tailored academic and life skills support. Our mentors provide guidance on everything from study strategies to stress management, ensuring that every student has the tools they need to succeed both inside and outside the classroom. With small mentorship groups and a commitment to accountability, we're not just aiming to increase retention and graduation rates—we're creating an environment where every Quinnite can thrive and achieve their fullest potential.

Personalized Learning
Traditional college curriculum has left graduates under-prepared. That is why we have developed our own academic model that is grounded in learning the realities of the world and the workforce. We call them the Quinnite Arts. They are designed to be relevant, challenging and to equip leaders with the tools they need to succeed in any field. Our small class sizes offer focused and personal attention, deeper conversations, and stronger bonds with classmates.
WRITING: Craft succinct, smart, and professionally written communications geared toward intended audiences.
SPEAKING: Express ideas, arguments, and information coherently and persuasively to intended audiences.
REASONING: Think critically by evaluating and synthesizing information, questioning assumptions, drawing conclusions, and conveying positions.
DIGITAL MASTERY: Become highly adaptable and agile while staying ahead of technology shifts and acquiring the skills needed at the core of every business today.

Urban Work College
As an Urban Work College, we meet the needs of today's increasing urban, diverse, and low-income college students by allowing students to graduate with less debt while gaining access to high-quality mentoring, in-demand professional skills, and improved opportunities for employment. We provide students with meaningful professional work experiences that allow them to incorporate their need to work into their academic experience. This experiential learning opportunity allows students to build their resume, cultivate professional development, and build relationship capital that will translate into competitive internships. All students in the work program receive guaranteed scholarships allowing our students to graduate with less than $10,000 in student loan debt. More than half our students graduate with no debt at all!
Our connections with local and national business communities mean we're able to help students land coveted internships and jobs. Many of our alumni have gone on to careers at companies such as JP Morgan Chase, NTT Data, and Tesla.
